    • If It Feels Like a Fit: We’ll agree on how often we’ll meet and outline simple next steps.

  • It depends on your goal and pace, but we’ll decide together.

    • After your complimentary session, we’ll co-create a plan based on your goal, timing, and schedule.

    • We set check-in points every few sessions to review progress and adjust.

    • You can pause or conclude anytime - no lock-in.

  • Your first 45 -60 minute session is complimentary (free). If it feels like a fit, we’ll choose a plan that works for your schedule and budget.

  • Online via Zoom (camera optional). This gives you maximum flexibility to meet from anywhere, in a space where you feel safe and comfortable, keeping sessions focused, confidential, and easy to fit into your day.
